It unfortunately signs you up as a new user, that's why you only see the button when you're logged out. It's for existing facebook users who haven't got an efx account. What you could always do is sign up with it, make the new account that it creates an admin of your existing blogs, and blog from that name (same blog, it'll just say 'posted by' your new name) and that'll link with your FB feed.
